Piacere is a true Monforte classic! Modelled after a Fleur de Marquis, the rind is coated in herbs de Provence (think rosemary and summer savoury) and a sprinkle of chili flakes. Those not in love with rosemary need not apply. For everyone else, this is a cheese not to be missed.
A typical wheel is 1kg and priced at $45 ($45/kg). Please note that wheel size may vary by 50g or so, but we will do our very best to pick the most perfect wheel for you.
