Where to Find Us

In confusing times...

E-transfer Instructions
Many of you have chosen to e-transfer us for your purchase, and it has been a great way for us to do business in these confusing times—so thanks! Here are a few important notes:

  1. E-transfers should be sent to ruth@monfortedairy.com (please feel free to copy and paste this address, folks sometimes add an extra ‘t’ in there somewhere…)
  2. We have set up auto-deposit, so if you use the correct address, ruth@monfortedairy.com, you won’t be asked to provide a question and answer.
  3. Having trouble? Give us a call at our hotline (519) 301-0198 and we can arrange payment by cash, cheque, or credit card, if you need.
  4. Thanks for your continued support!

In terms of finding our cheese, your best resource is the Door-to-Door Dairy Hotline(519) 301-0198 . Send a text or leave a message and we’ll return your call as soon as we can! Here are your Monforte options for the foreseeable future:

    1. Door-to-Door delivery now three days a week! Call the hotline to arrange delivery of a $60 box of cheese (limited availability). Free delivery!

    • Toronto: Thursday, Friday, Saturday (may be a large-ish delivery window)
    • Kitchener-Waterloo: Friday (midday/early afternoon)
    • Stratford: Sunday (midday/early afternoon)
    • London: Sunday (morning)

    2. Pre-Order pickups. Call the hotline to arrange pick-up of a $60 box of assorted cheeses at the following locations:

    • Stratford: The Dairy, 49 Griffith Rd, Thursday 9am-4pm
    • Toronto: 125 Jefferson Ave, Thursday 1-5pm, Friday 1-5pm, and Saturday 9am-3pm

    3. Loco Fields’ delivery service is also featuring select Monforte cheeses. Sold by the piece or as part of an amazing produce box, delivered to many communities, including Stratford, London, St. Mary's and Toronto. Check it out!

A Note About Markets:  For the time being, we've decided as a company to step back from the few remaining farmers markets. We feel that moving our cheese in one direction (towards you!) and avoiding cash will help all of us stay safe and healthy as we do our very best to get you the comfort food you need. Please know that if you relied upon us at markets, we'll make sure you get the cheese you've come to count upon. And please stay tuned as seasons change!

Finally, we'll do our best to make our cheese affordable and accessible to those experiencing hardships as a result of COVID-19. When you call the hotline, you’ll always be speaking to a member of the Monforte family, so just let us know how we can help.

    Take good care,

    Ruth and the Monforte team
