This lovely, surface ripened wheel is laced with floral pink peppercorns and a hint of orange oil. We've been showing a little more restraint with the peppercorns, so that you just get a hint in each bite (blame Ben, if you must). A stunner for a cheeseboard or special occasion, it has been a longtime favourite at markets.
